Frequently asked questions
Q: Do I need to be a member to attend the symposium?
A: No. CUTA welcomes all members and non-members to attend.
Q: When is registration open?
A: Registration opens on February 22. Please click here to register.
Q: When does registration close?
A: Online registration will close a few days before the symposium. After that, you will be able to register at the registration desk onsite.
Q: Will my badge or ticket be sent to me in advance of the symposium?
A: No. Your individual badge can only be picked up at the registration desk onsite.
Q: Can I share my badge?
A: No. Your badge is individual and personal. You cannot share it with anybody, even if you are from the same company.
Q: What does my full program registration include?
A: Your full program registration includes attendance at all sessions (unless session is by invitation only), the technical tour and all meal functions.
Q: As a registered delegate, will I receive a list of attendees?
A: Yes, CUTA will circulate a delegate list prior to the start of the conference for networking purposes. A delegate list will also be made available on the conference app.
Q: How do I register for the technical tour?
A: Registration for the technical tour is on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a sign-up sheet at the registration desk onsite.
Q: I am a speaker/moderator. Do I receive a discount for my registration?
A: Yes, if you are attending only on the day that you are speaking/moderating, your registration is complimentary. You will need to pay the full program rate if you wish to attend additional days.
