‘Flexible’ transit option launched in underserviced Kitchener neighbourhood

On-demand transit is now available in a Kitchener neighbourhood.
The pilot route launched Monday aims to improve access to public transit in the Trinity Village and Freeport area using a smaller 19-seat vehicle.
"The service doesn't operate on a schedule," said John Cicuttin, manager of transit development for the Region of Waterloo. "It's really flexible."
