This course is intended for schedulers and runcutters - new and experienced - as well as managers, finance staff, and union representatives who supervise or wish to better understand scheduling and runcutting in terms of function, complexity, and spending.

The objective of this course is to supply you with robust knowledge starting from scheduling-specific terminology to examining the scheduling process in-depth and practicing the skills through real-time exercises alongside practicing professionals. This includes building effective schedules, blocking trips, cutting runs, and creating rosters.

Throughout this course, you will also learn how to incorporate customer orientation, implementation and performance monitoring, and study techniques in scheduling and runcutting.
