Manager of Operations Administration
Focused on customer service and adherence to health and safety and highway traffic legislation, you will manage and lead our on-road operations team, monitor and analyze operator performance, assist in the development of related training programs, and administer the problem resolution processes while maintaining positive labour relations. You will also play a key role in strategic departmental planning, accident and issue investigation, and selection/disciplinary processes.
Your post-secondary education in a related field is supported by progressive management experience in a unionized environment (preferably in a transportation facility) and demonstrated team management, leadership, delegation, project management, and troubleshooting abilities. An exemplary communicator dedicated to service delivery excellence, you have experience working with budgets, developing reports, and optimizing employee relations.
