Customer Experience
Transit systems are always looking for ways to improve their service. One way to do this is to see the service through a customer’s perspective to gauge where improvements to quality can be made, or where investments are needed. Transit systems look at provincial, national or international trends and statistics. By benchmarking against peers and seeing their service from a customer’s perspective, a system can assess where they excel and where they need to improve.
