Infrastructure
Transit is more than a service: it is an integral part of the built environment. Investing in transit infrastructure is investing in the mobility of communities, and building the conditions for prosperous, accessible and sustainable cities. However, these investments require an incredible amount of planning, consultation, construction and, of course, money. By better understanding the challenges and opportunities that exist within transit infrastructure, the transit industry will be able to better deliver on transit’s potential for communities.
