Cranky bus drivers like to tell riders that "You wait for the bus, the bus doesn't wait for you." Well, that old adage went out the window last night in Sault Ste. Marie. The city is experimenting for the next year with on demand transit. That means on Sunday evenings, you can request a bus on a smartphone app and it will come pick you up. Brent Lamming is the director of community services for the City of Sault Ste. Marie. He spoke with Up North host Waubgeshig Rice.
