Come and showcase your business at our first in-person transit show in more than three years! The 2022 Annual Conference will take place from October 23-26, and the Transit Show will take place October 25th, at the Palais des Congrès in downtown Montreal.
Returning to an in-person format will let us provide the transit industry with plenty of opportunities to connect with influential thought-leaders from across Canada. Attendees are comprised of engaged members of the public transit community which includes transit system decisionmakers, government policymakers and executives from associated fields.

We’re also thrilled to announce a new exclusive exhibitor opportunity this year. The “Presentation Stage” will be available to exhibitors to engage with attendees and maximize the benefits of participation. The “Rail Connect Theatre” will also be returning in 2022, which will exclusively showcase CUTA’s railway members. These designated areas will give exhibitors additional exposure, allowing for more impactful engagement with attendees.
If you’re interested, we encourage you to book in advance. Presentation slots and room capacity are limited. If you would like to book either of the presentation areas, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Timeslots will go on a first come, first serve basis.

Who are CUTA members?
CUTA members are as diverse as the sector itself. We have transit systems as members from cities of all sizes, as well as businesses of all sizes that sell products, technology, and service to the sector. As well, governments at all levels are members along with some post-secondary institutions and other transit-related associations.

Doors at the Palais de Congrès will be unlocked for exhibitors at 7:30 am on October 25th.

CUTA’s transit show attracts professionals from all over North America’s transit sector. This event welcomes Government Representatives, Consultants, Business Suppliers, Transit System Executives, Industry Decision Makers.
The presentation stage is a feature CUTA is excited to incorporate at our 2022 Transit Show in Montreal. The presentation stage will showcase product activations from exhibitors who will be present on the tradeshow floor. Please note that registration for the presentation stage is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Rail Connect Theatre showcases presentations from different companies that wish to highlight their rail initiatives across Canada. This is a great way to stay up to date on Canada’s rail industries’ current events. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to submit a presentation for the Rail Connect Theater.
There will be onsite food and beverage vendor area where guests and exhibitors can sit, network, and enjoy a meal during the Transit Show.
