OVERVIEW

Reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the management team, the Financial Controller contributes to the overall success of CUTA by effectively providing leadership and oversight to the finance department by overseeing day to day operations.

You will review and update the forecast and develop a finalized budget in accordance with projections and know how to build and utilize financial models to inform decision-making. As a self-starter and natural problem-solver, you’ll be hands-on with all finance and accounting initiatives, looking beyond numbers to see where processes and improvements can be made. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic direction for the Association to ensure the highest quality of services to our members and will establish, foster, and maintain positive relationships with our stakeholders.
