This position is responsible for all aspects of short and long-term transit planning and scheduling. This includes coordinating transit plans, both short and long term, policy development, network design, bus timetables, driver schedules, developing performance metrics and monitoring route performance. This position is also responsible for the coordination of the bus stop/shelter program, communicating the impacts of service changes to stakeholders and to make recommendations for service delivery improvements.
