The Opportunity

This exciting fast-paced role involves supervising on-street transit services and operations based on assignment, including day-to-day on-street operations and dispatch, administration, operator recruitment and training, and performance management programs, along with responding to operator and customer service issues.

Bring Your Experience to the Region of Waterloo

As our ideal candidate, you will have progressively responsible supervisory experience with knowledge of transit operations, combined with a college diploma in business management, operations management or a related field.
