Grand River Transit provides transit service in the Region of Waterloo, which is home to over 674,000 residents and expected to grow to nearly one million by 2051.
GRT moves over 100,000 people every day on conventional buses, ION light rail trains, an express bus network, community and flexible transit routes, and door-to-door transit service for riders with disabilities using specialized vehicles.
Transit scheduling is essential to achieve a financially sustainable transit system that meets the needs of our growing community, operators, and fleet. You will lead a fantastic team of transit schedulers who balance these priorities every day.
