WHAT WILL YOU DO?

● Foster a culture of excellence by providing proactive leadership, mentorship, and professional development for a team of up to 180 Transit Operators

● Champion employee well-being and success through active performance recognition, safety advocacy, and the supportive management of attendance and wellness programs

● Support the integration of operational programs, collaborating with partners to facilitate citizen feedback loops, operator training enhancements, and health and safety initiatives

● Enhance rider experience by providing timely, professional responses to inquiries and commendations, ensuring rider feedback informs and improves daily operations

● Navigate a dynamic unionized environment by effectively managing operational resources and maintaining productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

● Liaise across the organization, bridging the gap between frontline operations and various City of Edmonton sections to ensure integrated, reliable, and efficient service delivery
