Students and emerging professionals are invited to explore career opportunities in transit and community development at this special MPACT Innovators event.
Hosted by Young Professionals in Transportation Toronto (YPT Toronto) and the Canadian Urban Transit Association’s Youth and Emerging Leaders Sub-Committee (YELSC), the evening will bring together industry professionals to share their career journeys, lessons, and advice.

Building transit-oriented communities requires many different skill sets and areas of expertise, along with a willingness to collaborate.
During the panel, industry professionals will discuss the steps that shaped their careers and share practical lessons and advice for those entering the field. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions and join the conversation.
A mixer co-hosted with YPT Toronto will follow the panel, offering students and emerging professionals an opportunity to connect with peers and people working across the transit and community development sectors.
