EXO Wins Marketing & Communications Award

exo received the Marketing & Communications Award at CUTA’s 2025 Awards Ceremony in Montreal.

exo’s New Residents Campaign warmly welcomes newcomers to Montreal’s suburbs while introducing them to public transit. The campaign offers free passes and ongoing support, connecting with residents through targeted direct mail, real estate partnerships, municipal communications, and local events. Branded with a friendly, modern voice “Bienvenue en zone exo and Allo voisins” combines digital, print, and in-person engagement to make transit approachable and relevant. From August 2024 to July 2025, the campaign attracted 15,597 visitors, achieved 41% engagement, and a 12% conversion rate, peaking at 73% during the move period. By turning the stress of moving into an opportunity to explore transit, exo strengthened its brand and inspired long-term adoption.
