This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. John’s (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Para-Transit Service Delivery.
The para-transit service provides accessible door-to-door public transportation service for individuals with disabilities who are unable to utilize the conventional transit service.
