CUTA’s 2023 Transit Show

Come and showcase your business at our annual in-person transit show, hosted by Edmonton Transit Service (ETS). CUTA’s Annual Transit Show provides an excellent opportunity to showcase industry leading innovations and products from across the public transit industry. The 2023 Annual Conference will take place from November 12-15 at the Westin Edmonton, and the Transit Show will take place on November 14 at the Edmonton Convention Centre.

Our Annual Transit Show provides an opportunity to network and connect with influential thought-leaders from across Canada, and around the globe. Attendees include transit system decision makers, government policy makers, and executives from associated fields. Exhibitors are invited to reach out to [email protected]  if you need assistance with reserving your exhibitor booth and/or bus space, or to secure a corporate sponsorship ahead of the event.

We’re thrilled to announce that the “Presentation Stage” will once again be available to exhibitors to make a market sounding and maximize the benefits of participation.

The “Rail Connect Theatre” will also be returning in 2023, which will exclusively showcase CUTA’s railway members. These designated areas will give exhibitors additional exposure, allowing for more impactful engagement with attendees.

If you’re interested, we encourage you to book in advance. Presentation slots and room capacity are limited. If you want to book a booth, please click the “Become an Exhibitor” button below and follow the instructions. To reserve a spot on the presentation stage, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Timeslots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Vehicle setup from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm

Exhibitors’ setup from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm

November 14

Exhibitors’ setup from 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Exhibitors teardown from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

 

  • Doors at the Edmonton Convention Centre will be unlocked for exhibitors at 7:30 am on November 13th and 7:00 am on November 14th

  • CUTA’s transit show attracts professionals from all over North America’s transit sector. This event welcomes Government Representatives, Consultants, Business Suppliers, Transit System Executives, etc.

  • The presentation stage will allow exhibitors to conduct a market sounding with participants. Please note that registration for the presentation stage is based on a first come, first serve basis.

  • The Rail Connect Theater showcases presentations from different companies who wish to highlight their rail initiatives across Canada. This is a great way to stay up to date on Canada’s rail industries current events. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to submit a presentation for the Rail Connect Theater.

  • There will be onsite food and beverage vendor area where guests and exhibitors can sit, network, and enjoy a meal during the Transit Show.
