Able to optimize great administrative and people skills, you will oversee activities, supervise a full range of departmental staff, and resolve transit operational issues while maintaining a focus on safety, reliability, punctuality, and efficiency. Dedicated to continuous quality improvements and able to take on a public relations role, you will also be accountable for the marketing of our transit system, staffing and training programs, participating in union negotiations, and managing our bus terminal and all associated activities. A 24/7 operation, the overall scope of this position includes a staff of approximately 55 and a complement of 30 buses.
