RESPONSIBILITY

PRIMARY PURPOSE
Manages the implementation and provides engineering expert advice to ensure the successful delivery of an assigned portfolio of transit infrastructure and engineering capital projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Participates in the enterprise infrastructure and engineering strategic planning, providing input as a key member of divisional management team.
Manages the delivery and provides engineering expert advice to the assigned portfolio with multiple engineering capital projects through the complete lifecycle, including planning, resourcing, design, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring and execution. Accountable for the
effectiveness and efficiency of project delivery according to agreed financial and service targets, and complying with enterprise engineering project management practices and quality expectations. The assigned portfolio may include projects involving asset, infrastructure, or facility maintenance, projects involving new construction and/or enhancements to existing infrastructure or assets, projects with major construction effort or large scale infrastructure implementation.
