The Transit Analyst and Scheduler is responsible for providing technical and business expertise in the areas of transit research, analysis, and technology. This includes striving for continuous improvement of transit planning and operations processes, incorporating existing and emerging technologies, and enabling strong team foundations through leadership and communication. Under the direction of the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Customer Experience, this position is also responsible for developing and monitoring the departments detailed logistics, including scheduling and timetables, vehicle and operator assignments, and other operations that many affect utilization of resources and service levels.
