As the new Chief Project Manager – Major Projects, you will contribute to this mission by strategically planning, directing and managing the work of the Major Projects department to ensure effective, efficient delivery of the Major Projects Capital Program while overseeing Project Teams throughout all stages of project lifecycles, including initiation, feasibility, preliminary design, detailed design or project specific output specifications development, procurement, construction, and closeout.

Reporting to the Chief Capital Officer (CCO), you are a collaborative leader who manages effectively in a project management-focused matrix organization with intergovernmental partners and ensures that all major projects are delivered safely on time, on budget, and meet quality goals, TTC standards, as well as transit service, operating and maintenance requirements. You are comfortable with building out project management disciplines and will be involved with project labour planning.
