This position supervises and provides leadership and guidance to City staff, contractors and consultants, analyzing the effectiveness and economic impact of Transit and Transportation programs and all processes and procedures. The Supervisor is responsible for delivering effective service to internal and external clients and users of transit in Fort Saskatchewan. This includes providing excellent customer service, marketing, public relations to user groups, residents and public, and promoting the service at local events through media/advertising.
